I highly recommend Fuji Hotel! It is lovely and comfortable and in a perfect location. And the staff!! I have never met such a kind, friendly, and attentive hotel staff! Everyone went above and beyond to help me and to make sure that my stay in Kathmandu was wonderful. I felt completely at home and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Nepal - I can't wait to go back!!

The fuji hotel offers a tranquil getaway from the hectic streets of katmandhu. Reasonable, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, free internet in the lobby and good breakfasts. The location is good too -handy for Thamel but away from the main road.

We had the pleasure of staying with Pradeep Pakhrin (owner) and his staff while in the Thamel district of Kathmandu this October (2011). Pra was personally present at all times and nothing escaped his capable attention and the prompt attention to our every want was immediately met. The Hotel is ideally situaled just off the main drags in Thamel, and if we needed to book a tour or transport it was done without hesitaton or error.

I heartily reccomend this clean, comfortable and "like you are at someone's home" Hotel and will definitely return.
