This was my third visit to Kathmandu, and my second stay at the hotel. I love this hotel for its International Standard of food and service. After spending almost a week before this in very rustic, rural settings in the Himalayas, this hotel was a welcome treat.

My first issue is the cleanliness of the rooms, and the bathrooms. They are just in need of some refurbishment. If you are lucky enough to get a refurbished room, then you have no issues...however the older rooms are a bit dated.

My second issue is with the hotel taxis...they are difficult to get and when they are obtained, the cost is astronomically higher than a regular cab. Buyer beware!

The hotel is very good and sfe aswell. It's casino is worth visiting, and that too with an atmosphere where families can go. The hotel is situated at a good location. Rooms are excellent and neat. the hotel staff is cooperative. Breakfast is superb. Its worth visit.

It's a good hotel and sure it's safe aswell. I went with my husband and as it was first time, the hotel people helped a lot to evade kathmandu. It was lovely overall. It was a three days stay, tho in beginning and one day at last. Good place to do shopping. Good place for gem stone and paintings businessman. One must buy rudraksh from Kathmandu.

the hotel is good business hotel with clean spaciuos rooms, excellent food, wifi connection available free of cost even in rooms, small casino in the ground floor, shopping areas thamel and durbar marg nearby locations, a little bit faraway from airport and pashupatinath temple,service is very good, reception is helpful during checking in and check out time process.
