Like almost everything else in Nepal this property is falling apart. Rooms are old with scratched wooden floors and hard worn beds. The bathrooms smell terribly.
The staff is doing the best they can. Management thought that installing huge flat screen tv's in the rooms would give the impression they have made renovations. But why installing nice tv's if the channels are not clear in the first place.
Encountered some problems at check in as the guaranteed room preference was not available and they tried to charge me more in order to get the requested room. Only after a heated argument was the room I booked made available.
At premium prices for Nepali standards (200USD nett) this property fails to deliver big time. Shame on you Radisson. Guess the Crown Plaza is slightly better in this Business Hotel range.
