This place is quite annoying: the rooms are not ok, old and dirty, there is no hot water in the shower even after waiting for a long.....long......time and the management just doesn't seem to care much at all. Arrogant people (!). Shameful to pick a name like they have done, honestly haven't had such a bad place in Africa before. I had to stay here on a business trip, but left after one night. Wouldn't spend a penny again if I had the choice.

Awful place. Dirty room, disgusting food, rude and sarcastic management. Wouldn't stay here again even if I was paid to do so.

We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of an explore touring holiday. Our room was very basic but functional. Childrens room was a little better decorated.

Bar and outdoor area were very nice with acceptable level of service.

Having had the unfortunate experience of staying a week at this hotel, conducting training for our company's staff in one of the conference rooms (not the one shown on the website!), it would take me a long time to list all the gripes I have. My biggest complaint is the shockingly poor, disgusting attitude of the management of this hotel! They have NO interest whatsoever in their guests' wellbeing.

In a week of staying at the hotel and paying for 5 days of conference facilities and catering; not once did anyone from management ask if we were satisfied with the service, food, arrangements or anything else! They really couldn't care less.

Unfortuantely I took ill whilst there, and was unable to eat breakfast or lunch one day (for which I had paid). In the evening I asked at reception if I could have a bread roll eat. This request had to be referred to the manager/owner, who when asked hesitated and then when agreed, escorted me to bread to ensure that that was all I took from the buffet!!

I will ensure that our company never uses this venue again!
