As from the first moment arriving in the hotel till our departure we have been positively surprised by the staff of the hotel. After a very smooth check-in we were guided to our spacious room, where a nice bottle of champagne was a nice welcome after a long flight from Paris. Also the crib for our 2 year old daughter was organized and during our entire stay staff was very keen to make our stay as well as my daughters unforgettable. Hospitality was great including great food in different settings around the hotel. It's obvious that under the leadership of the current managing director a lot of improvements have been made and we understood from other frequent visitors that the hotel is currently the very best available in Antanarivo for both business and pleasure. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to meet the extremely nice and professional staff again during our next visit!

We stayed here for a few days on our way to Nosy Be. We made some trips in town and outside town. There fore this hotel was a graet place to stay. The staff is very friendly, the food is great (a lot of variation) and the rooms are clean, bright and comfortable.

I have visited Tana many times for business reasons and this hotel is always my first option. It has been improved since it changed from Hilton ownership. Now it became a member of preferred hotel group. Standard rooms are clean and well furnished with free internet access. Quiet and well maintained. Hotel staff gives a very good and kind service. Restaurant has a short but correct and tasty menu. Better to ask for lake view rooms which have a fantastic view over the city

Good base for transit or one day visit to City but don’t stay too long.

This semi-modern hotel is in the heart of the city. It appears to be where the western business travelers and air crew stay. Decor is dated and although they are quick to say it “used to be the Hilton” you can see it hasn’t been up to the Hilton standard in a long time. Staff was friendly. Bank on Premise for changing money. ATM in lobby. High speed internet avilablie but it will cost you, ($100,000 for 24 hrs) but considering where you are I guess it is all relative

Food is unremarkable. 20-45 min from airport depending on time of day. Olympic sized pool.
