I stayed with a large group of friends at this property for about 8 days in September 2011. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off at the end of my stay, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and hospitality from the entire staff. The room was clean and well-appointed, the food (breakfast buffet, dinners) was great, and service was attentive. For example, we asked for a plastic laundry bag from housekeeping at 1 am, and they promptly delivered one to our door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tana for business or pleasure.

Every single member of staff is helpful, happy and polite. They went out of their way every day to help us no matter what the request. The breakfasts every morning were delicious. The Bistrot is a great place to sit in the evening and have a meal after a hard days work. The view from our well appointed room was lovely. My best was being able to do some laps in the stunning swimming pool. All in all a great place to stay.

The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and responsive to the needs of our rather large group. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed. The staff were ever willing to give us advice and information about places to go and helping us get to our destinations. Security and safety were not an issue. For all of those reasons we were able to focus on the purpose of our trip rather than on unwelcome distractions.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Service impeccable. Wonderful to come back to after a long day's medical work at a nearby hospital. The only negative at all was the dogs barking nearby. They were quite loud despite the fact that I was quite a few floors up in the hotel. Perhaps it was the side of the hotel I was on.

I totally enjoyed my stay, and appreciated the graciousness of our hosts.
