In july 2007 there was a big conference in Accra so unfortunately we had to stay at the byblos "hotel". When we arrived the reserved room from 70 usd was now 90 usd. The "reception" had no pricelist. There was often no light and airco, no water or only dripping, walls seem to have be painted 30 years ago. We were addressed by the cleaning person (they have hardly any personal to make as much profit as possibel) that we should not throw the dirty towels on the ground of the bathroom because we should use them again!!! The breakfast consist of uneatable bread, orange juice cost extra if u don't complain. We were very happy to get out of this rip off place as soon as possibel.
