“Good hotel not a five stars”

I spent five nights in Kempinski Hotel in N'Djamena, in Txad. The hotel is correct but is not a five stars hotel.
The staff is rude and it's difficult to speak with them.
The rooms and the wc are ok with air conditioning.
The breakfast and the restaurant are delicious.
I had a problem because I couldn't pay with VISA Card, only in cash or American Express.
The hotel is very expensive.
I think this in inadmissible!!!
