As a business traveler, you expect more from a brand like Holiday Inn, shame on them. The staff at the hotel was friendly and great, in fact Harare the city and the people are quite pleasant and I would not mind going there again. But this product is a disgrace to the Holiday Inn Chain, I am not sure if they dont care or think people that visit Harare dont expect quality. The rooms are expensive and trust me I would value it at more like a $25 dollar room not $135 dollars. But you know what Zimbabwe is not a bad place as people say it is, I just think products like this Holiday Inn bring down the city. In any other country i dont think they would allow this hotel to be called a Holiday Inn really. Its outdated and over rated.

Stayed here for one night when our plane was cancelled and the air line put us up. I found it to be an overall good hotel with spacious rooms, nice interior and a good breakfast. Didn't really use any hotel facilities, but I got a good impression of this hotel and would happily come back.
Generally I would recommend a trip to Harare and Zimbabwe, especially during HIFA!

Went to Harare with my wife to meet her high school friends who she hadn't seen in 20+ years. Stayed at Holiday Inn on Priority Club Points and was upgraded to Executive Suite. Excellent Hotel.

Contrary to negative press reports about Zimbabwe ,been back in Zim after 8yrs in the UK .Considering the situation back home it was a great experience having such warmth and security.
Very organised staff always willing to help and food was great . Spacious rooms you can smuggle all your clan in there and have comfortable nights on their kingsize beds . I remember forgetting my very expensive jewellery and a video camera in my room and came back it was all intact .What more can you ask for .
