Excellent services both on-line hotel and restaurant.
A flawless clean, quiet, civilization.
The staff is friendly and very caring. I can say without noted that in the 5 days as I stood there I felt a princess in the story of 1001 nights.

We had to change room twice - first one had not been cleaned when we arrived at 5h00 p.m., second room had an overwhelming disgusting stench of sewerage. Third room still had a smell of sewerage in toilet but tolerable. Room was small and so was the window.

Buffet was fine but dining room is cold and has no ambiance.

We liked Tozeur but this hotel is not recommended.

Rooms were large and comfortable, and the buffet meals bountiful with good variety. Beautiful grounds and indoor pool. Good location to walk into town, but the staff seemed unhappy.
