Terrible hotel, terrible service. First there was total confusion when we checked in. The old man behind the desk did not know what he was doing. He did not input our names on the systems which was the first big mistake. Once we got to the restaurant the confusion continued. We were a group of 25, the waiters could not understand the concept that each family wanted to pay for their own meals and drinks. They kept insisting that one person would have to pay for 25? Then came dinner, more confusion. Despite us having submitted our payment vouchers. ( proof that we had paid for the entire stay and meals), we were told that we had not paid for the Christmas dinner, which turned out to be just normal dinner; no special dinner or animation as promised. The food was just terrible.

The rooms were very small. We asked for a baby cot, it could hardly fit in the room, it was ancient, very low and my son could just raise his leg and fall out of the cot.

If you want to enjoy your holiday, do not even consider this hotel.

we 've stayed 3 nights as ;part of a tour in tunisia and it was the best hotel we've stayed.

This is a four star hotel that really deserves all the four stars. Not to be compared with our “four star “hotel in Hammamet. It was way better. It is a beautiful and elegant structure. It has a big indoor and outdoor swimming pool. In the outdoor pool the water was strangely warm, but then I figured out that it was better so. When I went out of the water, even the 36 Celsius degrees of Tozeur felt cool…
The rooms were beautiful and clean. The restaurant was great. The food was better than in our other hotel in Tunisia and the staff was very friendly.
Too bad that we stayed there just for one night…

The nature of my job (Aviation) I traveled a lot and I have been through many hotels but this hotel has amazed me.
Excellent services both on-line hotel and restaurant.
A flawless clean, quiet, civilization.
The staff is friendly and very caring. I can say without noted that in the 5 days as I stood there I felt a princess in the story of 1001 nights.
