It costs 119 USD all inclusive in one of their smallest units, the studio room, in january. We rush through this hotel, between our ferry coming from Zanzibar in early afternoon and our late night flight back home. Sorry to be very short this time, we really only spend a few hours here and find that this place does the job very well.

We like :
-10 – 15 minutes stroll from the pier ; our prime reason to be here.
-Nice room, well appointed, and very large (50 m2 over)
-Nice shower bathroom
-Wifi, kettle, safebox

We don’t :
-Nothing so far

Tips :
-The entrance of the hotel does not look like an entrance to a hotel. But do come in, and somebody will show you the way to the reception, 10 floors up.

A quiet comfortable hotel suites in the busy city center area. The hotel is in the Samora avenue which is a quite busy street. located close to the harbour and the view of the harbour from the dining room is spectacular.

The suites are spacious & comfortable and have the facilities to make a basic meal and the kitchnette has a two burner electric cooker, a refridgerator,utensils and crockery & cutlery.. though the hotel is by a busy street the street noise cannot be heard at all as the hotel is located on the 9th 10th & 11th floors.

The staff is friendly & courteous.

The suites are very clean. the white linen are spot less and are changed daily.

Harbour view suites are a welcome oasis in the chaos of this large city.
Clean and spacious rooms. Staff are very welcoming and always remember
you from previous visits. The Boddles restaurant serves a nice meal and has
a good outlook. Not loads of character but somehow I always return here.

Used the Harbor View Suites as a dayroom for a few hours before heading to the airport for my journey home.

Reception is up on the 11th floor. Very courteous. Very modern. The room/suite was spacious with a kitchenette with a mini fridge, small stove, microwave and small table. The living room had a sofa, large desk, and flat screen TV. The bedroom had a king size bed, wardrobe, safe. The bath had a lovely shower with great water pressure.

My room had large windows overlooking a balcony that you could see the harbor from.

Since I used the room only for a few hours to refresh, repack, and relax, I didn't have time to check out the pool or the restaurant.

From the airport, the drive will take approximately an hour during rush hour (approximately 4:00pm) and only about 20-30 minutes at 8:00pm.
