You can see my old review from May 4, 2011. Since that writing the hotel has not only changed hands, but changed vision. The little things that make a hotel personal are missing. The suites are to have a couple glasses, flatware and such should you have room service. Better check before ordering food. Glasses take longer than pizza to get to the room. If you eat in the restaurant the food has changed, music is different, and ambiance is no longer important.
All these changes we saw come about the second half of 2011. But we kept our patronage until Jan. 1, 2012. They changed their rates - even corporate rates! Sorry, it in NO longer worth it! The staff has not changed for the most part. But they are handcuffed to a management team that has a different outlook on hotels. That stinks almost as much as the hallway they make everyone walk down on the 9th floor to get to the elevators for parking. Sorry for them.
