Staying in Tangiers on the second most wettest winter on record,was a `great` way to start my visit to Tangiers-mostly leisure,with a tint of business-but,staying at Flandria and it`s friendly staff,brought a bit of sunshine to these wet days.
The staff,though with broken English,and my rusty French,made great efforts to give assistance at all time,albeit misunderstanding each other on ocassions.The little chap in the restaurant/dining area,always with a wecoming smile;and young Rashed on reception always ready to be of service.
The rooms were always spotless,and fresh towels everyday.The chambermaids were always accommodating and ready to give assistance all the time.The one slight problem,was the lack of shaving powerpoints in the bathrooms(my room 202)cannot speak to be fair about the other hotel rooms.
Yes I would recommend this hotel,but to English-speakers,to to remind that English features AFTER ,Spanish;French;Arabic,so be prepared to try and engage in either of the three tongues.In the future,I would like to go back with my Partner to experience the City and hotel.

Tanjah flandria hotel is very bad hotel it deosnnot desurve 4 stars I think 2 stars is a lot . first of all too old , the staff very bad they are not proffessionals they have no informations about what happend in Tangier, no smile in there faces they are toking like they want to fight with the guest, reseption staff concierge coffee shop staff bar staff all not good they do not know how to deel with the guest , exept houskeeping staff and the luggage porter Abdellah they are very nice, very good. the hotel must be refurbishd

Overpriced for what it is. The beds were comfortable and breakfast filling, but the windows did not lock properly and we did not get the room we had previously reserved.

Online reservations are not well organised here, (had and overheard many arguments with reception, who claimed people did not pay or even reserve online when they did).
