The hotel is basically ok, but could be a lot better if it only tried a bit harder. It was very hot when we arrived and the a/c hadn't been on, so our south facing room was far too hot and the a/c system couldn't cope. They gave us another couple of rooms before we got one that was suitable, (they have some with balcony s on the 5th floor). The breakfast was quite poor, with the quality of the bread rolls and the croissants leaving a lot to be desired.
Rabat is quite an expensive city compared with the value you can get in Fes or Tangier so the Belere charges a reasonable amount for an average 3 start experience.
