We had a warm welcome, good info on where we were. The staff couldn't do more for us. Even lending us a mobile phone, as they knew we were going to go out and about, so the phone enabled us to get in touch with the hotel should we need it.
They also helped us to organise things we wanted to do ourselves, and never made us feel uncomfortable , or that we should be taking the trips on offer- we had a great trip into the Atlas mountains with "sunny" in his taxi, and then met a local guide to go walking, probably the highlight of our trip.
A great location in the city, close to all the sites you would wish to see, such a colourful ,scented city, a treat to all the senses.
The hotel was beautiful, qwirky, understated chic, all its own, a true boutique hotel, but all authentic and fitting to the environment, felt such a treat. The rooms were all individual, well thought out and well maintained and serviced.
The food was beautiful and varied each day.
The staff were unobtrusive and so helpful, always smiling and friendly.
In all, a few days only , felt like a treat in an oasis within a busy vibrant city, more like staying in a beautiful family home than a hotel.

Would go back anytime.. We stayed at the Riad Blanc. Were in the suite.

We stayed here for a week. If its a five star hotel with all the facilities this riad is not for you. It has all the atmosphere and touches that it promises and the staff are helpful without being intrusive. We had a downstairs room and did not experience any noise from other guests or staff. My only disappointment is that th swimming pool is rather a large unheated bath and so did not tempt bathers. As the riad is built with the heat of the summer in mind there are lots of cool shady spots to sit and relax. this is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the souks and square. Yes you have to make your way along a narrow untidy alley but that just adds to the luxury of the riad behind the walls and door.

Wonderful greeting on arrival, service immaculate throughout our stay. A beautiful room with huge, hot shower. Food was delicious, with a good choice from the menu. Only eight rooms, so a lovely, cosy atmosphere. Staff were smiling and helpful at all times. Ideally located, about 5 mins walk from main square and 8 mins from souks. Close to shops and restaurants, but a peaceful oasis in the midst of the city hubbub. Two levels of roof terraces with views over the rooftops, sun loungers and tables. Definitely worth putting on your list. Allied to other riads in the area, so plenty of choice for additional facilities.
