I chose this hotel because of its location - close to the start and finish of the Marrakech Marathon which I ran last week.
The hotel is very good standing in it´s own beautiful gardens with very friendly and attentive staff. There is also a hammam and range of masage and other beauty treatments available.It was too cold to uise the pool but lovely just to sit in the terrace and soak up the winter sun. The buffet restaurant was good although on the one evening where there was no buffet and just a limited menu, the vegetarian option was disappointing. THis was the only negative in a 5 day stay. Treated myself to a lovely hammam on the final day.

Stayed here for a night as part of a trip to Marrakech, beautiful hotel and friendly staff, very clean, the room was however small but as i was there for one night i found it acceptable, sitting out on the balcony at night was very enjoyable looking out in to the gardens after a hectic day in a mad city,

There is a good service, but it's not the cleanest hotel! We had cigarette butts behind the door. But the hotel is beautiful. Very nice atmosphere of the rate of the pool. Italian food, not very good. Very ordinary! Good place! 3 restored the Hotel. Hotel family! These good, there are computer! Good service .

We booked a bungalow as we was a family of 5 it was pleasant and clean alittle bit dated as to the deco door handles come loose. Grout out of the tiles in bathrooms falling out just little things never the less it was very comfy tv had only BBC news every other Chanel in French and other languages we could not watch news Chanel for 2 days as it lost the signal for some reason the gardens was very nice and looked after well swimming pool very nice but water was to cold to get in staff were generally friendly and attentive even though they spoke little English buffet breakfast was nice good variety especially the fresh orange juice (couldn't get enough of it) we didn't have dinner at hotel so can't comment on that overal definitely 3 star by European standards it cost us £390 for 4 nights which I think was good value for money breakfast included cheaper to book with hotel direct through their website not far from old medina or new town petite taxi (fiat uno) should not cost more than 30dhms or 50 dhms by grand taxi (old E Class mercs) we would definitely stay again good service compared to other hotels in the area we are told.
