Brilliant hotel all you could ask for in Marrakech. Make sure you advise them to organise the airport pick up as taxi drops you at edge and you always get a guy offering to take you there which you absolutely need or you'd not find it. They'll then try and rip you off for 30 Euro, pay 10 maximum. Best to get hotel to organise for you which we didn't on way there (not advised to by Mr and Mrs Smith which wasn't great) but we were wise to the euro con luckily!

Great place to stay in Marrakech - amidst the madness of the souks is this winderful, peaceful and very stylish riad. Our bedroom had an incredible stone balcony and the most amazing room that we have ever stayed in - anywhere! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly too.

I would absolutely agree with everyones comments, truly a wonderful Riad and such a blissful respite from the mayhem of the souks. As all other reviews mention, the staff, the decor, the breakfasts all attribute to this Riad. I have only one slight negative comment, the owners of the Riad do not make an appearance, and whilst the staff are truly professional and friendly, it would be good to feel the presence of the owners. It felt a little like a hotel rather than a more personable chambre d'hotes. Also, the transfer from the Riad to the airport is not included in the cost of the room, despite advertising that it is.
However, other than that, well worth a stay!

Talaa 12 is a wonderful place to stay if you are planning to spend a few days in Marrakesh. rooms were just superb, the riad has a most fabulous terrace where we often had breakfast, and there are a number of super lounge areas if you want to get away. The location is terrific as well, right near the Museum and the Medersa. Could not recommend it highly enough.
