We spent 4 days /3 nights in the hotel, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a wide choice so that I found something tasty every day. We didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. They were very helpful in accomdating a late check-out. I agree that it is probably a 3 star hotel, but we had a four star experience in that context.

Deffentely not a 4 star hotel. It was not even worth more than 3 star. When we arrived the beds were unclean and so was the bathroom plus that in 3 days in road they turned of the warm air in the room so it was very cold at midnight. Was not worth the money!!!! And the wifi did not work as it was supose!

Stayed here in August, during the heat and during Ramadan. I couldn't think of a better place to have stayed. Although the price is reasonable to low, the feel, and facilities are something special. It doesnt have a 'hotel chain' feel to it, and it does feel like a walk back in time. Both of which are a plus for me. For what I paid, I loved staying there. Away from the bussel of the city, it feels like you are in an oasis. During my visits outside the hotel, I saw a very posh hotel in the centre of the city, but that was extremely expensive, and I saw some rather tacky hotels nearby. Both made me realise what a good choice I had made with the Titchka. Certainly very good quality. I ate one meal here, which was one of the best I ate in the city. But I had a budget, and the price of the food was high, so I ventured towards more affordable restaurants after that.

so definitely Kenzi Tichka is a three star hotel - we wouldn't rate it any higher. so in terms of service being provided as a three star hotel - we thought of it to be good value. If you expect to go in there to be treated with a four/five service, then you will definitely be disappointed. The food selection was all right - could be better but we weren't complaining. What was a definite fallback was the A.C - it seems to be hardly working. After many complaints, we realized that it is a centralized system and that we weren't going to have any luck. The best thing would be to open the windows. If you are travelling in the summer months, then we'd definitely recommend you check with the hotel beforehand if they have upgraded this system.
