Stayed for one night, prior to coach journey to Essaouira. This hotel is right next to the supratours bus station - so is really convenient.
First room we were given already had someone in it - could have been embarrasing!
Rooms are very basic and beds not hugely comfortable, but OK for a one night stay. Shower is pretty good.
Breakfast was OK, but not much choice - again OK for a short stay. We also stayed here the yeat before and I am sure the choice was less good this year.

Overall, it is a reasonable hotel for the price. I would stay here again, but not for longer than one night!

The hotel is well located next to the railway station. We stayed from 22.12.2012 to 24.12.2012. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room was neat and well kept. There are many good restaurants inside the railway station. It is easy to get taxis. A petit taxi to/from airport should not cost more than 60 Dirhams.

We always use this hotel when we go to Marrakesh as it is convenient for both the airport (6 kms away) and the Square (maybe 5 kms). We always have a car and my husband drives into the centre but it is really easy to pick up Petite taxis outside the hotel and travel around for not much money.
The rooms at the back of the hotel have noise from the train station behind..the rooms at the front have noise from the road....neither of which worry us !!
The friendly staff here all speak English ,and are very helpful.
The breakfast is as good as you would get anywhere...buffet style, including scrambled eggs..plenty of breads,cakes, yogurts,fruits,and coffee.
This hotel is our 1st Choice..... If you can book ahead and get a deal online...all the better !!!

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night after a 2 week volunteering stint in Marrakech. The location was perfect right by beside the train station with shops, cash points, restaurants and hotels all around you. Easy access to the airport by bus or taxi also. The staff were exceptional with their help and whole place is very clean and exceptional value for the location. They also have wifi and 3 computers in a mini onsite cyber cafe. The breakfast was great also - big selection of fruit and pastries and juice - everything you need really.

I would definitely go back to this hotel - its not luxury by any means compared to some of the surrounding hotels but its perfectly adequate.
