We spent 5 nights at this hotel and were upgraded for free upon arrival.
Good things: Location wise this hotel is near the new town (about 5-7min walk) and also about 15min walk (or 5 min cab ride, for 20 dhirams) to the old town with all the souks. The room was spacious and modern, spa was good (but expensive), the staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a bar.
Negative things: the sheets were not changed daily, the bathroom had a few mosquitos (but in fairness this is normal for hot countries), the breakfast was just full of sweet things rather than what Brits would normally have for breakfast and the pancakes were stale, the swimming pool was tiny. However, if you walk 4 minutes down the road you will come across a few good cafes with good breakfast choices.
Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and location and I would recommend it and come back again.

upon arrival we were given a warm welcome. from our luggage taken away to our rooms, checking in with a warm drinks and snacks reception and being acompanied to our room.

Services were to hand all the time, 24/7.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. the rooms were servcied on a daily bases, and replenished with fresh towels.

the hotel itself had a warm ambiance all in all with outher guest and the staff.

All the staff were fluent in speaking English, French and Arabic...

The hotel is located only 15min strole from the Fana Market, Train Station.

the reception staff were extremly friendly some names i remember were Badra, Ameen, Zubaida and all the others.

the hotel has a tour desk in which you can book your days out at a competative price so you dont have to worry about transport etc... its all done.

breakfast was something to look forward to each morning, it was well replenished and freshly cooked.

the transfer time from the hotel to the airport was aprox 20min drive to the hotel which should cost no more then 120dirhams average.

the hotel also offers a competative rate of currancy exchange withour any delay as it is carried out front of house.

the food in the resturant was better than the local food outside. presentation and service was 5star at no extra cost...

the hotel was secure with security at the front and rear doors 24.7 - this was really good especially if you are not used to travelling out of the EU or new places.

the hotel also had a residance bar in which every evening they had a live kareoke/cabrae so you to have a drink and relax and listen to some misic befor going to your room.

overall the staff and the hotel has won me over and i would like to take this oppertunity for their hospitality and services throughout my 5night stay.

I would happy like to return to Dellarosa hotel in the near furture and recommend this to my friends and family...

this was surely a memorable stay for me...

We spent two nights in this hotel, the first impression was great, near the center, on a quite street, they welcomed us with mint tea and sweet, the rooms were beatuifull arranged (reose petals everywhere), the room was of acceptable size, big balcony. The bad: details, details, details. The towels were old, we needed to change our blankets beacuse they were dirty or not washed well, we couldn't close the balcony door so we need to repair them, the bathroom bath window is glued so you need to enter the tub to open the water, the bed was not good to sleep in, the breakfast was awfull (not good selection, not enough quality and not enough quantity).

I visited Marrakech in December with my husband and we stayed at the Dellarosa for 4 days. The staff was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. They served us some mint tea and sweet pastries when we were checking in. We got the suite, which was quite wonderful. It was clean and well kept.The only problem was that our bed was actually two beds joined together to make a single, and I had to keep getting out of bed to push the two together so as not to fall in the gap at night. The pillows were uncomfortable as well.
Other than that, the public areas- halls and corridors could do with a bit more lighting. A little dark for my taste, but that's just me.
The breakfast was included, but besides some bread and croissants, nothing seemed too appetising.
It is about a 20 minute walk from Jemma El Fna and there are petite taxis available outside. Don't let anyone charge you more than 20 dirhams for the ride to the centre. Most days, my husband and I walked to and from the square.
The pool is pretty small, and a bit public for my taste. Besides, it was too cold in december to take a dip in the pool.
