We stayed at Riad Tizwa for 2 nights and it was a great experience! The riad is located near the edge of the medina, an ideal location for visitors and it’s a short walk from the historic Blue Gate.
Our room was very clean and warm, bed comfortable, always plenty of hot water.
The breakfast was fantastic: Moroccan crepes, muesli, riad-made yogurt, pastries, as well as delicious coffee, tea, and fresh squeezed orange juice.
We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizwa., the staff was and helpful, especially Miriam! She prepared for me rice, potatoes with cumin and the because I was ill and I had to stay in bed.
Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Great Riad, great location and best of all the staff are superb. My room was cozy and very clean, but I echo the previous comments that it was a wee bit dark in the bedroom and bathroom at night. I especially loved the massive breakfast each day I was there. No major complaints in general.

Good location within easy walking distance to the Batha Gate. Miriam, the woman who managed the riad, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Dittos to her staff. A terrific asset. The breakfasts were ample and hearty. Our room was comfortable but dark. The lighting - while atmospheric - was too dim at night. And the bathroom was especially dark.

My stay in Riad Tizwa was great, but the service made it memorable. I stayed at their cheapest room, and although small, it was well designed and very beautiful. Miriam, the proprietress, was very attentive and helped me with everything from finding my way around Fes to finding a really low key but really good restaurant. She made sure that my hotel stay was relaxing and enjoyable...and it was! My stay was beyond perfect, one of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. Highly recommended!
