A colleague and I reserved two rooms and when we arrived late in the evening we had to share and took it as a genuine mistake by the hotel the assured us two rooms would be given the following night as we left for our customer that morning
When we returned they had not produced the second room
We then moved hotel and they wanted to charge us for two rooms from the previous night when we were checking out
My lesson stick with a hotel brand my experience of a local hotel in casa has been poor come on guys you could have managed this better

Stay clear of these people. They book you in and send you to a very cr*ppy bed and breakfeast.
I am still waiting for my room to be made available. The hotel overbooks and send customers elsewhere. The manager is very unfriendly and every time gives you a stupid excuse: broken aircon...room cleaning....very frustrating.

I can't write a review of the hotel (though it looked nice) because they didn't have a room for me despite a pre-paid hotels.com reservation. Apparently, they don't get around to looking at their web reservations very often and just hand out rooms until they are full. If it's a busy time don't arrive late. The staff did arrange for me to have a room at a nearby hotel but I had to pay my own cab fare to get there.

Although the hotel was very hard to find initially, once we were there, it was worth it.

It's located in a safe neighborhood, and near key intersections of the city, albeit, a little further away from key sites.

The staff was helpful in planning our trip, and were excited for us to explore Morocco. They were also very helpful when we needed changes along the way.

The rooms were very decent and the food was good. The nightlife was lacking, but that's not what we were looking for. I'd recommend relaxing in the lobby with a little mint tea if you have the chance.
