Let's face it, this is the ONLY hotel near the airport, so it has a captive audience, so why should it care?

Yes, the room was minute, but everything worked. Yes, the restaurant lacks ambience, but we were pleaasantly surprised by the quality of both the food and service we received at dinner.

At the reception desk. the staff were extremely stressed out. They were bickering among themselves in front of us instead of serving us, and were rude to us. Then the staff barged into our room three times through the night, without knocking, saying they were "just checking". We could hear the staff bickering in the hallways during the night, keeping us awake. Finally, it was too expensive for what you get (870 DH per night).

Usually I'm very flexible when it comes to hotel rooms in Morocco, but this was brutal. Make the extra trip to Casablanca to avoid this hotel!

First impressions are everything. After a delayed flight from UK to Casablanca, Roya Air Maroc sent us here. OK, it was free, but our destination hotel still charged us for the night. We were met by a cadre of slow moving roaches in the toilet, carpet, even climbing on the mirror. The toilet seat was not attached. No towels, etc. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs and luke warm watered down orange juice. We went early to airport next morning. You've been warned.

Terrible! Dirty and nothing like the quality that should be expected of a four star hotel.
