Stayed here for one week. Nothing really wrong with the hotel; it just didn't suit us. Our fault, we should have gone for an apartment, not a studio.
Lovely & clean.
Good bathroom & facilities + toiletries; nice fluffy towels changed as often as you wanted.
Kitchenette with 2 small cooking rings. Small fridge. Freezer not very efficient The sink has only a cold water supply - very strange. Had to get hot water from the bathroom tap. Table & chairs to sit & eat.
Bed big and very comfy, plenty of bedding.
There is air con but no way to control it. At times we were cold and so put the cooking rings on to warm the room up.
Also had problem with hot water. If you wanted a hot shower after 9am you'd no chance. We complained and got some within half an hour.
Restaurant is good, average prices. Breakfast also very good.
Wine & beer expensive (it is virtually everywhere it's available as not many places sell it)
Nice comfy lounge area.
Pool probably OK but weather was too cool to go in!
Reception efficient if a little abrupt.at times. However when I became seriously ill, they were excellent in finding a doctor who arrived within half an hour and then transport to take me to the clinic for a scan. One receptionist tried to interpret for us too.
If you don't speak French in Casa then you're in trouble - not much english about!
There is a shuttle car which will take you wherever you want to go.
My biggest complaint is that the apartment was dull. No sunlight at all. It looks as though very few units did in fact receive any sunshine.
We feel that this hotel is aimed at business people and not tourists. It was a long way from the city centre, but once you got there, there wasn't an awful lot to do anyway. We escaped to Marrakech for a few days to curb the boredom. After all, there's only so many books you can read.
I don't recommend Casablanca for a break. Go somewhere else in Morocco!
