“Helpful staff, shabby room fittings...”

I stayed there 5 nights on a business trip, these are my pros & cons for this hotel:
Location: v.good centrally located.(+)
Lobby: OK does the job.
Room: I was given a double room instead of the single I had booked (+), however the 2 small windows were rear facing onto a derelict building a few metres away which had pidgeons cooing away in the early morning, not good (- -)
Room decor: OK, walls looked freshly painted. (+)
Room fittings: Poor, the room curtains were torn and looked like they were made for another window, the shower curtain was very tatty and should have been replaced years ago. (- -)
Staff: Generally quite helpful. (+)
Cleanlines: Good (+)
Restaurant: Breakfast was included and was poor, cooking a definite weak point (- -)
Overall: Def not a holiday hotel, it barely makes the grade as a business hotel and the only reason to go there again is the price of the room.

“Surely you can find better for this price”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2011

I booked @ this hotel after seeing the positive reviews here and getting a recommendation from a friend. But I came away disappointed, thinking surely you can find better for USD 120/night in Casablanca. My main complaint was extreme ugliness ranging from the lobby, which is furnished with literally filthy and torn curtains hung against the windows; to the room furnishings which are a 1960s nightmare; and the restaurant which is similar (not to mention the bad food). Overall it looks like a dusty hole in the wall that was overlooked by some investor who took off decades ago, leaving what I will say is a very nice staff who are courteous and keep the place clean. But really, it's not an environment you can enjoy and I'm sure you can do better for this mid-range price.

“Excellent value and location”

I picked this hotel because of its good Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed. It is centrally located near Casablanca Port station and other hotels. Some of the taxi drivers do not know where it is but if you get them to drop you at the Novotel near Casa Port it is just a few minutes' walk from there. The bedrooms are large and quite luxurious. The wifi is fast. Showers are good and hot. I didn't try dinner there but did have breakfast in quite nice art deco surroundings. The breakfast itself was nothing special, pastries were a bit dry/burnt but OK. The staff were fantastically helpful and pleasant. I had had problems using their online booking system so had to call them in the end and they were very helpful in booking and reserving a room for me. I did this in French but it turns out that the staff speak English anyway.
The only issue I had was that the front desk told me it only takes 15 minutes to the airport by taxi in the morning - which is definitely not the case! Also, they managed to order my taxi for the wrong time which made it doubly bad. Watch out, as I would say you need nearer to 45 minutes to get to the airport. Otherwise I thought the service was excellent overall.

“Helpful service and great value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 September 2009

I stayed overnight at Les Saisons on my way from Bamako to Australia as it was the only hotel I could find that had a midday check-in -I have overnighted at the Atlas Airport Hotel and had zero desire to do so a second time!!

I emailed Les Saisons asking if I could have a complimentary 10am check-in and they promptly replied Yes. Upon arrival the reception guy was friendly and helpful, got my bags sorted out for me and got me into my room pronto. The bathroom was huge, kinda dated, but clean and presentable wtih nice hot water pressure.

I booked a suite which was spacious and comfortable, with enough English channels on the TV to keep me happy for a jetlagged afternoon in, and my room service dinner was OK, nothing special, but nothing really to complain about either. The buffet breakfast was nice, with fresh pastries and strong coffee! The front desk organised an airport transfer in a comfortable private car which arrived on time and drove me safely back to the airport the next morning. As we turned the corner from the hotel we drove past a whole lot of great looking shops selling Moroccan homewares etc, so only a short stroll from the hotel and you're right in the heart of Casablanca.

All in all, if you need a clean comfortable and friendly Casa hotel overnight this is great value for your dollar and easy to get to via the train from the airport and a taxi from the train station.

“Good value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 April 2009

This is an average hotel, made "very good" due to the price. The hotel is small, but rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Staff are quite helpful, and for me they really went out of their way to arrange a shaving kit in the middle of the night (my baggage was delayed). The restaurant is very quaint with stunningly beautiful decor, but the food is absolutely disappointing and can hardly be called edible. Location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of the business area of Casablanca.
