We were in Casablanca for one night, passing through to catch our plane home. The hotel is just okay -- usual business class hotel. The beds are comfy, although like all hotels in Morocco, if you want a double bed, that means two twins pushed together. The bathrooms are nice and overall decor okay. The floors are fake hardwood, which means you can hear every step of the person upstairs. Our room overlooked the street which offered some insight into Casablanca's shocking diversity in living standards (talk about a rich vs poor city), but it also means constant noise from the street below.

Well located near upscale Maarif shopping area but not up to 5 star standards ,even by local standards ; a good 4 stars with efficient facilities

I was in Casablanca for a business trip. Stayed in this hotel for three nights. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in within this price range. The service is extremely bad. Most employees including those serving breakfast can hardly speak a word of English. Receptionist was extremely rude during check out. He was very slow with preparing the bill and was extremely unhelpful and rude. Could hardly use his computer and could type with ONLY one finger! This was the main reason for the slow check out service. His English was poor and could not understand request from most guest. AC in the room wasn't great. Hotel is situated on a busy and noisy street. Therefore, try to avoid rooms on the lower floors. The room was dusty. Overall, good selection during breakfast but quality of the food wasn't great. Internet can only be accessed in the lobby even though receptionist claimed that there is wifi in the rooms.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. It is a far cry from the 5 star hotel it claims to be. Don't waste your money staying in this hotel.

there is some good 5* hotels in Casablanca and this is not one of them,,so just save Your money and go to 3* hotel...
