The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and to a very high standard. The food in the hotel is good quality and has a large variety of dishes and snacks to chose from. The pool area is very clean and the pool is a good size with plenty of room to swim in with a separate area for children. The location of the hotel is on the beach, which is nice due to how busy and dirty casablanca is.
The staff in the hotel are miserable, rude and do not seem interested in helping. Customers seem more of a nuisance and are treated as an inconvenience. Le Jardin restaurant refused to serve us a sweet even though we had just had a meal because they wanted to go home and their shift had finished.
The hotel has access to the beach but it is next to a sewage outlet pipe and the beach is filthy and covered in rubbish.

STAY AWAY...... If you want a beach hotel this is not it. The pool is 50 years old, the staff is not helpful, and if you want to work out or use their spa its an extra arm and a leg!!!!!! NOT WORTH IT. Also if you want to feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit you may feel slightly not especially with a woman laying out next to you fully covered.

We stayed with a tour group so I have no idea of the price but the hotel itself was nice. Smartly styled, newly furnished rooms. Helpful staff. Nice lobby. Nice buffet breakfast. Great resort style pool. Sadly no internet for guests. My main reason for writing is that some of the reviews painted a poor picture. Not our case at all. Clean, beautiful, stylish. I would stay again. The location (tourist beach area - Corniche) requires a quick taxi into town but being on the beach strip (nightblub area) has its own rewards.

This will remain in my mind the worse treatment I have ever received at a hotel. They had a ridiculous rate posted in the lobby and refused to acknowledge that the internet rate was one-fourth that rate. We actually had to go online and book the rate from the internet rather than book it at the front desk. My room looked like something Holiday Inn developed in 1960. Here is what I liked best.---everything was broken. The TV had three stations. The lights were out. The pool was an ice bath. All the work out machines were broken. At one time there were three maintenance men in my room.
Breakfast in a prison would be better. Rude would be a compliment for the staff--hateful is more appropriate. It was almost shocking.
