Property is recently remodeled and very tastefully done. Bedding super comfy. Forgot my converter and hotel immediately brought one to the room. Awesome breakfast buffet. Have stayed here all three trips in past year!

Beneath the nondescript exterior of this 45-year old hotel is a classy interior. The room facing the Hassan mosque has excellent view. The service of the staff especially at the breakfast lounge is excellent! The two strange thing are first, there is no complimentary mineral water and the two small bottles in the minibar cost USD 5 each! There is no kettle for guests to make tea; only a nespresso machine with limited choice of flavour. Secondly, it is intriguing to see th toilet is separated from the bathroom, with separate entrances far apart.

As the city is dirty as the hotel is exceptional ! The construction just in front of the Hotel and the all city will not deserve it but if you look for great place to be in city center, Hyatt is certainly the place to be ! The staff is absolutely fantastic, always asking for support and very attentive. The room are clean, large and very well equipped.
Breakfast at the ground floor is great and you can even ask for "french toast" at the chef ! If the background music was less strong this will be perfect ! Dinner at Café M was really great !

I stayed in the Hyatt for a business trip and enjoyed the stay very much. Rooms are perfect, modern, large and of very high standard. Big LCD screen, separate shower (with amazing power) and separate toilet. Different restaurant and bars, which are all perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always prepared to help you. Good hotel-pool, with deck-chairs makes your stay also very relaxing. I did not use the Spa etc. Location of the hotel is in the midst of everything. A few steps away from the (old) medina, and a short ride to the Hassan II Mosque. At the moment the city of Casa is building a tram-track just in from of the hotel which makes it a little noisy after 7.30 in the morning, if you have room on the front-side. If you want perfect silence ask for a room on the back (pool) side. This is absolutely the best hotel in the city, but the price is also the highest. If you are prepared to spend the money you will have a very pleasant stay.
