Me and my friends were there in may 2011. we had great time there breakfast was really good rooms were not that clean but they were not that bad as well. This hotel is right front of the beach and their is so many nice resturents aroud that hotel. I would go back and stay in in hotel al moggar again in march 2012.

We was all inclusive. we arrived at 12 :15 needing a shower. No hot water. it took till 10pm to sort out !!!! they wanted us to use a nearby room for washing still retaining original room. after what seemed an age we settled for another room. The food was rubbish only had 3 decent meals in 7 days. The drinks were no better all being bottom of the range. All inclusive guests were treated like lepers, we could only use the pool bar through the day and a side bar at night. We was segregated from the proper bar. This is a no star hotel!!! staff rude especially the reception staff and the manager has not guts refusing to speak to disgruntled guests. If you did not go to their new years eve bash £50 each to eat crap food then you was withheld any entertainment.

I really don't know where to start, with Imperial Travel who told us it was a 4* hotel or the damp smelly rooms which they firstly allocated us. 15 of us, family and friends decided to take a break to Morocco, Agadir for 2 weeks in early August 2011. We thought it would be nice to travel to a new destination to experience the culture and lifestyle of the locals. Although the maids were quite friendly and tried their best to keep the rooms to a decent level of cleanliness the stained bedsheets (which were supposed to be clean) and the damp from behind the bed-head that sifted out that mouldy smell, were just the start of our adventure in this rotten place. We could not stand it and if we had the funds we would of changed hotels. Out of our three rooms two had very large damp areas. When we complained, we were told it wasn't damp, but one of our group works to eliminate damp in properties and confirmed it was damp. They eventually changed our rooms, three days into the holiday, but by this time we weren't together any more we were scattered all over the place. The food was basic, we expected more traditional cuisine, not fried eggs and donuts for breakfast everyday. The staff were not helpful at all, although we did find one man willing to go out of his way to help me as I was travelling with my 3 month old son and needed his bottles to be sterilised daily. Overall this holiday was the PITS and we were counting down the days until it was over, never again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2011. She had stayed in Marrakech several times and loved it so we decided to spend our summer holiday in Agadir. On arriving at hotel the taxi driver tried to increase the fare we agreed and was listed at the airport but we refused to pay more. Trying to check in we had to wait 30 minutes for staff to attend to us despite being the only guest at reception. We were given a room above the spa with balcony and sea view which was nice. No fridge in room and no hot water between 4-7pm and the only way to get a hot shower was to call reception and wait for a maintenance man to put water back on everyday. The hotel was full of French people and was therefor extremely supprised how terrible the choice and standard of the food was. Even though we were all inclusive trying to get a drink from the serving staff was nigh on impossible. The food and service at the hotel was so bad that after 2 days we ate out every day and night. Avoid this hotel at all costs, we would rather have saved our money and stayed home.
