I had business in Adel and wanted a change from hotels with mediocre breakfast bars, and so glad I did. My only regret was that I could not stay longer. Although this is a bit out of the way, it was easy to get to and from the Des Moines airport – less than 30 minutes. The home is new, beautiful inside and out, my room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and Cheryl (owner) made me feel right at home. This would be a great place for a romantic get-away or for someone who just wants a relaxing retreat.
