The Super 8 -Aurora/Naperville is hardly luxurious but it's a great deal for the price. The hotel is tucked away behind a car dealership, off the main road, so is very, very quiet - no street noise at all (in fact, it's hard to find the hotel entrance). Hotel staff were uniformly polite and attentive, and they cheerfully complied with my request for a quiet room away from groups and small children. The continental breakfast offered more variety and quality than I had expected, with cereals, bagels, a couple of different juices, fresh fruit, and decent coffee with real cream. My room was clean, roomy, and comfortable.
I had only two gripes. First, the hall carpets are old, worn and dirty, which detracted from the overall feeling of comfort. Second, there are no restaurants or food stores within walking distance, which meant you either had to order pizza delivery, or drive somewhere. After a long, exhausting day, the last thing I wanted was to fight traffic looking for food. But those are minor gripes in an otherwise excellent stay.
