1. Airport Shuttle:
Their complimentary airport shuttle runs from 7am-11pm ONLY. If your flight arrives ORD after 11:00 pm, then you have to take taxi to this hotel, and it may cost you $30-$50. If your flight arrives within their shuttle running time, when arrival, call them, and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. In my case, I wait for their shuttle about 25-30 mins.
Shuttle driver is very nice. She says their shuttle can take hotel guests to anywhere within 5 miles of the hotels (if I don't remember wrong), such as supremarket or subway station.
For the shuttle to the airport, it's first-reserved-first-served. The shuttle has no space for the time when I need to go to the airport, so the hotel staff helps me to book a taxi, which is their business partner. In my case, the cost and tip is $30 in total.
2. Staff:
Shuttle driver and front desk lady are very nice to customers. The only exception is a guy who was doing check out the next day when I left for hotel.
I was hurried to the airport at that time. When I was in the taxi and prepared to leave, the front desk guy suddenly opened the taxi door and let another man whom I don't know to get in the taxi and sat next to me!. Then, I realized there is no space for this man on hotel's shuttle, which is full of this man's coworkers. Front person let this guy to get in my taxi becasue his destination is on my way to the airport!
The front desk guy neven asked me whether it's ok to do so, so it's very very rude. It's me to pay the taxi, not that man or hotel. In this aspect, hotel takes advatage of me to favor their other guest. Moreover, it's very dangerous to do so to a single travelling girl. I'm very satisfied with front desk's action.
3. Food:
They provide free coffee and hot water in the lobby all the day. Their free breakfast buffet, including hot pancakes and some hot food, is not bad.
4. Room:
Very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
