My wife and four year old stayed for a couple of nights.

We liked the free breakfast in the morning and the kids (niece and nephew were also staying at the hotel) loved the pool.

The room was clean. The bed was your typical two to three start hotel mattress, sheets and pillows.

The shower pressure was decent.

We liked the free wireless Internet and the option to skip changing of towels and sheets.

The hotel is right next to railroad tracks, so if you're a light sleeper that may be a problem.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives in the area. I felt the pool needed a good cleaning and maybe new water. They did have pool towels and these were clean and available. I felt the pillows were the cheapest pillows I've ever had in a hotel room. Next to the bed their was a metel bracket that stuck out, which I thought was dangerous. However, I tried to avoid this. The next morning after bringing back my complimentary breakfast I hit that metal bracket and was in extreme pain. I will definitely have a bruise and hopefully it's not broken. The complimentary breakfast was the reason we went to this hotel, and this was good as always. However this hotel definitely needs some improvements. I have always tried to stay in this hotel over the Holiday Inn because of the cost, but I think I will be paying a little more for the comfort and my safety. A hotel room shouldn't have dangerous metal brackets sticking out from under the bed.

I have stayed at both the Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn next door over the years and now choose the Comfort Inn due to better pricing, plus I have no need for the larger pool area or comfortable restaurant of the Holiday Inn. Reception is helpful and friendly. Comfort Inn rooms are clean and bright with plenty of room in the bathroom and decent shower pressure. There was a comfortable reading chair, table/desk with two chairs, TV with cable & HBO, microwave, and a refrigerator. Free wireless internet was excellent and there's also free computer & printer use available in the business center in the lobby.

The continental breakfast is along one wall of the lobby with everything very efficiently and tightly packed in; it takes time to scope it out but there are plenty of choices. During my weekend (and consistently on past visits), the tables are messy or sticky from syrup. Both regular coffee urns were empty at 9am and a few of us had to wait after asking the receptionist about it. The receptionist (just around the corner) seems to be the one refilling breakfast supplies. Better monitoring and periodic wiping down of the tables would be nice.

We stayed here on our wedding night. We booked the room three months in advance. We called the day before to make sure our room would be saved for us if we didnt get there until late and they said yes no porblem. We got the hotel around 11pm on our wedding night to find out they gave our suite away. Not only did they give our suite away they also gave away the othere 7 suites in the hotel to. We got stuck in a room on the bottom floor next to the parking lot with not bathtub just a stand up handicap shower. There was so much hair on the bathroom floor that I had to wear my flip flops to go in there. After we got in bed and where wearing down from the disapointment of them giving our suite away on our wedding night a bug ran acrossed the bed. It was horrible. The only two good things where we got the room for free and the breakfast was ok and free in the morning.
