Our flight was cancelled at Midway and we could not leave for two days. We stayed at this hotel because it was available. The people working at this hotel are so very nice. They went out of their way to help us. One of the ladies at the front desk even took us to the train in her own car so we could go downtown. We called when were ready to return and they picked us up at the train station. I would stay at this hotel again and again.

Came to Chicago to visit with family and friends, and this was a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable, and a very friendly staff. The breakfast lady even kept the breakfast room open a little later than closing!! A great staff makes this a hotel everyone can enjoy.

We traveled from Arkansas to Chicago with our 2 dogs in an RV for a Family Wedding. Since there are no Campgrounds in close proximity to the City....we researched "dog friendly" hotels in the area and hit the jackpot with Baymont! Not only did they let us park our travel trailer in the parking lot...(a HUGE convenience!)..but also treated us with the utmost hospitality and consideration. The continental breakfast was great....the house-keeping staff extremely co-operative with our "canine coming and goings" and they went above and beyond to assure that our 8 day stay was a very pleasurable experience for all of us! We give Baymont thumbs.....and paws UP !!!!

We stayed here for a wedding happening about 3 miles away. Much of the family from out of town stayed there also. I requested first floor when making the reservation online and they did accomodate me no problem without even mentioning it. It wasn't a bad place, pretty quiet, ok breakfast. The staff was nice and the location was conveinent to where we were going. I would stay here again for the money its a clean place to stay with breakfast to start off your day.
