I was staying here on business, just a short one day trip. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was also very helpful. The rooms were large, clean, and the free wifi was faster than most other hotels I had been at. The DirectTV in room was also very nice.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the free breakfast and room amenities. The location was in easy access to good chain restaurants, movie theater, and shopping. Very nice stay overall!

Within sight of several good restaurants, a couple of chain restaurants, a multiplex movie theater, liquor store and a Wal Mart. Close to a major highway, but very little traffic noise. Very friendly front desk staff, enthusiastic about the new Direct TV channels. So much so that I had to back away slowly, nodding and smiling while he gushed about the new system. Also about 20 dollars cheaper than other hotels in the area. Good breakfast buffet, typical for a Hampton, and an interesting menu for dinner delivery.

We recently stayed for three nights. This is by far the nicest hotel in Addison. It is located close to many good restaurants and there is a Walmart across the street for essentials. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. When we were there, the hotel was completely full for a Chicago Hockey tournament. Despite the full capacity, there were always seats at breakfast, which was well stocked (good coffee!). The wi-fi was a little slow (to be expected with a full hotel), but at least it is free. Our room was clean and quiet, and the housekeeping staff was very good and efficient (thank you, Norma!). The beds were comfortable, the linens were soft and spotless, and the shower was hot. I can't ask for much more than that. It is a top-rate Hampton Inn, but really what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff - they are all welcoming and friendly. We will definitely go back.
