Older hotel that has had renovations. However, this is not a 2-1/2 star hotel as listed by many sites. It is a 2 star at best. Great place to watch TV as the channels are HD and they have new flat screen TV's. The bed spread and pillows are new, but the actually beds are very soft, old, and lumpy. Newer carpet, but the floor underneath is very uneven. Bathrooms are old. Good place to stay if looking for a cheap place with a breakfast, but the age of the facility makes it hard to consider this place nice.

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for a furneral for the weekend of 10/07/11-10/09/11. It was very clean the staff was really nice. The free breakfast was ok if you needed something quick it was perfect. I have no complaints about this hotel I will stay there again.

I can't find any negatives with my stay at La Quinta Augusta. The room and the bathroom were very clean and inviting. The bed was absolutely marvelous! It was so comfortable! The front lobby staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay in this chain a lot and by far it was the worst that we have seen. On the way down to Augusta we stayed at a unit just south of Chattanooga on I75 and it was excellent. Corporate needs to do a review on this location and soon. The cleaning service was the only bright point on our 2 day stay.
