I have not slept this good in months. As usual the staff was very helpful and courteous. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions but had never stayed in this particular room. Normal the room are good and the beds are very inviting. This particular room was clean, and the beds were very very comfortable. I laid my head on the pillows and before I knew it, it was 6:30 AM. I always enjoy my stay and look forward to my next visit.

My sister and I arrived in Augusta very late and exhausted in need of lodging for the night. We were directed to the hotel with a kind professional voice and it was matched with a kind, professional face, Oliver M. He was very efficient and courteous. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and affordable. If passing through the city, we would stay again.

stayed for 2 nights. was at first upset that the room smelled like smoke after requesting a NS room. there was an ashtray as well. called the front desk and she assured me the room was listed as a NS room and a replacement room was on the 2nd floor. we had dogs and did not want to go upstairs. the bedding did not smell so we stayed. AC was good and cold after it got going (had to turn it down!). room could have used an extra set of towels (only had 2 sets). did not utilize cleaning service. had a king size bed, chair/ottoman, desk, tv, micro, fridge, plenty of room. the door locked well, but there was crack that let in outside light. it did not appear to be ajar and you could not rattle it. plenty of areas to walk dogs. bojangles & mcdonalds very close. did not partake of breakfast at hotel. they had waffles, eggs, grits, sausage, muffins, juice, milk, cereal, coffee....it smelled good.
overall very will pleased with the hotel, check-in/check-out. would stay there again if in area.

I applaude her proffessionalism and courtesy and is rated the best i have encountered. She is very polite and courteous and helpful to your need and knows what she is doing. Rooms are very clean as well as the housekeepers are attentative to your needs.Breakfast is not the greatest but it works. Never had skim milk with cereal....which is all they offer for cereal. Other than that i have no complaints.....I would tell friends and families about this place . If i ever come back Augusta, Ga. i know where i am staying.
