Let me start by saying that i never comment or leave reviews. My stay was so relaxing at the staybridge suites that i have to say something. This staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The general manager made us feel at home the minute we arrived and we will definitely be back.

I have never stayed anywhere with such an amazingly friendly & helpful staff. Everyone associated with the hotel was professional & was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with every aspect of my stay. The accommodations were second to none. My room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Other places make claims about a hot breakfast but I've never had a complimentary breakfast to compare. I have found my preferred hotel!! In a world with so much bad it was refreshing to be in a place with so many friendly positive people.

My husband and I travel 300 days out of the year. We have stayed in Staybridges all over the country. I have NEVER been so disapointed in one before! If you don't know what staybridge level of food, service, accomodations, and housekeeping usually are, then I can understand leaving a good remark. But if you stay at other staybrideges you will find this one unacceptable! The manager will tell u anything to make you happy, even if its a bald face lie. The food is never what's listed because they serve leftovers heated over and there is no one ever there to help you if you need more bread or cups, you have to hunt for them. You will wait forever at the front for someone to come to the front desk. They on several occasions had a hold on our account as well as charged it for the week so over 1000 was taken out when only 500ish should be. The NEVER clean the room when scheduled (we had a pet so we had to take him w/ us when they would tell us its your required cleaning day) so we would come back and it would still not be cleaned so we would have to wait around outside untill they finally would get to it. I can go on and on and on...... Ohh also they are the only staybridge I have been to that dosent serve any type of happy hour!!!

The staff is what makes this hotel amazing! I cannot begin to describe how friendly and courteous the staff is at the Staybridge Suites. All requests and questions were resolved immediately and always done with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located close to numerous restaurants, shops and most importantly.....golf courses. Best hotel in Augusta.
