My biggest complaint is the noise. At all times of the day and night expect to hear your neighbors slamming doors and leaving their alarms blaring. Make sure to get a room away from the stairs at either end!

There are no sleeves provided for the magnetic key cards so keep them far away from your credit cards or any magnets or you'll have to get them reactivated on a daily basis.

They had no non-smoking single-bed studios available until I told them I was looking elsewhere, and then one suddenly opened up.

On the other hand, the bed was free of pubic hair and my car was not broken into -- two major issues listed for this and its sister hotel in the area.

This Value Place promises little and delivers.

I was looking for a long term hotel we could afford for a month or longer. I had been in Agusta in May and stayed next door to this hotel. I read BAD reviews on these hotels so I had a back up plan, but no need. I made sure to get here BEFORE 6pm when they close. The staff is well under expectation but If you are firm you should get what you want. I booked online but they gave me a smoking room anyways, so I called and TOLD them I will be getting a new room. The next morning they moved me to a non smoking room. Also the other room had hair on the sheets and the new one had wet sheets. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS!!! Also they say they have security but park in the front row and put your valuables away. I dont mean to scare you but for the price it really isnt bad. If you don't need it more then a week then dont bother other wise I think it would work for about anyone.
