New Years Eve and we had a room next to a very noisy couple. Complained at 2:00 a.m. Nothing happened. No sleep. Tried to sleep late next morning. Had to call at 6:00 a,.m. about these horrible neighbors yelling at each other. Staff called room but would not send anyone down there. Staff member just asked us when we planned to leave. Room was outdaed and musty.

Very comfortable stay. The bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Customer service was great.

Very basic value, reasonable accomodation for the price, nothing fancy, showing wear. Friendly helpful staff. Good location, easy on/off I-20, convenient to busy Washington Rd area. Lobby clean, breakfast area neatly maintained. AC and TV in room worked fine. Bathrooms were clean, towels and bedding seemed clean & fresh. Carpet didn't look clean. Stained upholstery on room chairs. No tubs, only showers. Shares pool with another hotel next door. This Sleep Inn is about 10 years old according to front desk staff. On arrival, almost didn't stay here, considered leaving because initial room assignment was unacceptable due to ripped, stained, poorly patched carpeting, bedding and furniture didn't look or smell clean and in NO way compared to previous experiences with rooms we have stayed in at this same Sleep Inn over past year or two. Front desk staff agreeably reassigned us to room that was in better condition but not great. Not sure if would stay here again.

We came to Augusta for z bowling tournament and stayed at the sleep inn. My friend left her mac book in the room charging and it was stolen. The police were called and the hotel staff would not cooperate with the police officer. The police officer told my friend that the hotel staff were not being honest. If you do stay here, do NOT leave anything in your room!
