I have never seen a Hotel this nasty from the office to the sidewalks to the rooms... and the smell I can not begin to explain how bad this place is... NO NOT STAY HERE!

There was a blood stain on the shower curtain, the towels were so thin that they were, literally, see through. There was a large dip in the floor. There was a cigarette burn mark by the toilet. The walls were all discolored and dirty. There was vomit / candle wax dried on the wall and carpet when we arrived. They used a heavy paint thinner that smelled identical to kerosene to clean it. 2 people in our group got sick. Do not ever stay here under any circumstances. Also, they jump their rate from $42 to $110 on days when Univ. of Georgia plays. This was a HUGE dump and I wouldn't sleep here for $10. not to mention the bugs in the room. little cockroaches and other various cracksouli.

This hotel is not great, but it was $50 and we just wanted a place to sleep. Our other reservations had fallen through because that hotel was scary and gross. This one was better, but not nice by any means. There's a pool out front but I don't think anyone would use it unless they lived there permanently, which could be possible. The area isn't bad, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room had a couch but it had weird stains on the sides. The coffee maker didn't work and the sink was cracked and stained. I won't stay here again unless I have to, a better room is worth the $15 or $20.

I will make this review as short as possible. We were overcharged, told no refunds the next morning after getting a good look at the place, and when our smoke alarm would not stop going off, the front desk told us they had no one to come up and help us, then after calling back 10 minutes into this awful beeping, we were told to "just take the battery out". The room was filthy, including toilet tissue, a shampoo lid, and a dirty Q-tip on the bathroom floor. And apparently they do not like guests to leave the air conditioner on while out for the day, as returning to the room twice one day, it had been turned off. Upon checkout I requested a manager to discuss the issues, and was informed he was not available until the next day. (?????) Anyway, a short trip down the street to Howard Johnson for our last two days in town, was priceless; very well kept grounds, very friendly staff, much nicer rooms, great pool, better location, and was only about $10 more per night.
