Began an extended (3 month) business stay in Athens at the Suburban Extended Stay. Thought I would save the "firm" some money (which I did) by starting out at the Suburban before leasing an appt.
Pros: The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful! Depending on your negotiated price, the value is quite good ... but remember, you get what you pay for.
Cons: The rooms are very spartan, w/ older "linens" and an A/C positioned nearly on-top of your bed.

Thank you for your review. We are happy you found us to be a good value. While I would hope we are more than "spartan", we are indeed limited service and really meant for those needing accommodations for several weeks to several months. We operate like a hybrid aparment/hotel ... offering more service than an apartment and less than a traditional nightly stay hotel.
However, based on this model, we are able to offer apartment style studios for incredibly low weekly rates ($159.99 for an entire week at this location). Quite a few of our guests are in between apartments such as you were. We're glad we could meet your needs and we hope to see you again in the future.
