This is NOT a hotel, the installations may look like a regular hotel, but the people working there are FAR away of being serious and professional hotel personel. I felt like I was in a cheap motel. The customer service is the worst I´ve ever had.
My company did the reservation there, people from my company stayed a lot there (several persons from our Central American offices), so you can assume "they" know us and know our company brand and name, because regular guests increase their income, right? But not even this little detail made this hotel to have the compromise to have a professional and kind service.
A waitress from the restaurant followed to my room after I "signed" the breakfast ticket (US$4.50), knocked my door like she were from the police department (strong knocks) and when I opened the door she said with no manners nor in a kind way: "You don´t have the right to sign for your restaurant invoices because your company didn´t say that in their letter sent to us, so you have to pay right this moment". I was very upset, because this was my second day of a 5 day stay, so how in God´s name I was going to "steal" their $4.50 if I wasn´t going to check out until 3 days after?
When I claimed with customer service, the situation got even worst, they all are cut with the same scissor, they all are not polite, nor a cent kind, just to write this review makes me remind this unpleasent situation I never had anywhere else.
In conclusion, I checked out that same day and went to the Clarion, where the customer service and infrastructure was a 180 degree change from this horrible hotel.
Don´t stay there, don´t even think about it.
