I do not know why I have never stayed here before!!! The hotel is in a super location and whilst it has all the expected luxuries of a 5 Star Hotel, the undoubted best feature is the staff. Everybody goes out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one, from reception (Thanks Carmen and Nataly) through housekeeping and the restaurant. Finally the breakfast will set you up for the day, all fresh and loads to choose from. I will not stay anywhere else again, except here.

We just had a layover in San Pedro, but Intercontinental was great with last minute request, including pickup from airport. Much appreciated their customer service. Great room service too! Order the balleadas.

My husband and I stayed there and had a great time, room was perfect, same as the service and food. We stayed at the executive floor, which Included free snacks and breakfast. Food was great.

This is a great option in San Pedro Sula. The hotel has very helpful staff, the facilities are very clean, modern and comfortable..great rooms and the pool looks very lush and tropical. The breakfast buffet has everything you want, fruit, cereal, yogurt, cheese, ham, pastries, omelettes..Regarding location it's only 10 minutes from the airport and It's across the street from a mall where you can do some shopping if you feel like.. I would definitely come back..
