Jimmy picked our family up from the bus station ($13) and he and his wife Sandra are very nice and warm people. We had two rooms booked and they were spacious, clean and comfortable. The most comfortable beds on our travels so far.
Breakfast was also good and they were able to accommodate us eating early as we were being picked up for day trips.
The only issue (and it was a big one) for us was the location. We had no idea that the house was on the northern edges of the city's suburbs. We had wanted to walk to a laundromat to wash our clothes after being in the country side for a couple of days, but there were none nearby. We had two grocery bags of washing and were shocked to be charged $37 for them to be washed and dryed by their maid. To put that in context, on Roatan, the same amount of washing cost us $10 to be done.
There were also no good places to eat nearby - it is suburbia and there are only fast food chains - Subway, Pizza Hut and Dominoes on the very busy road a few blocks away.
Apparently Sandra and Jimmy mostly host missionaries at the Casa. If you are travelling independantly, without a car, you would be much better off being closer to the Centro.
