Clean basic room. Kitchenette was without full kitchenette facilities (very limited crockery, dish towels etc) The owner was very friendly but the town just wasn't for us as we were not planning on heading onto Guatemala.

Mr. Tate is very kind and hospitable. The room was very clean and we had access 24/7. Neither my wife or I slept very well due to the fact that the bed was as hard as a rock... no kidding here, folks. It honestly felt like we were laying on a blanket laid over concrete. There is no in-room phone and the TV (picture/channels) is less than desirable. The location is good if you want to be able to walk around town. This is strictly a low-budget inn and if you are looking for a comfy bed or other amenities... keep searching.
