Nicole is always ready to help you with anything you may need. Rooms are very good for the price not luxury but a great place to sleep at night with A/C. Comfortable king bed and a nice bathroom. Decor is sparce and could use a little updating but for the price no complaints here.

I have been living in rural Belize for one year, and my friends and I have found our new Placencia hotel for weekends away. Right in the middle of the village, It is close to the shops, restaurants, and most importantly beach. Being set up and away from the sand deters any bugs, and the A/C makes for a great nights sleep. The price is great for all the amenities and the owner is always right at hand for anything you need from tour arrangement to a great drink and dinner. I highly recommend this homey beach side guest house, I know ill stay there next time in Placencia.

Just stayed one night here at this great value guest house. The owner is incredibly helpful at both mixing drinks and planning transport for us. The rooms are comfy and clean, lots of tv channels for those who are staying in, an well positioned for the bars and beach, great little place!

We stayed here after we finished the Raggamuffin boat trip from Caye Caulker. The owners were really friendly and offered us great rates.

The shower was hot and powerful, room spacious and clean, and to top it off we had a yummy breakfast on the upstairs balcony.

Would definitely recommend this place as clean, good value and welcoming.
