just spent a week at this hotel and it was great. it's well situated overlooking the bay and each room has a balcony. our room was spotless. aaron and lucy are welcoming and will help with any information you need. the staff are friendly. can't fault the place

My husband just got back from a business trip to Belize. He spent two nights at the Hokol Kin Guesthouse. Room was spotless. Operators were very welcoming and nice. The food was good, service was good. Small and quiet. Overlooked the ocean.

Aaron, Lucy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were simply appointed, clean and air conditioned by the sea breeze. We didn't turn on our air conditioner once in 10 days. Hokol Kin was conveniently located in Corozal. The boat out to Ambergris Caye is a short walk from the front door. A few more blocks of walking and we were able to hop aboard a bus to Orange Walk to take a tour of Lamanai that the staff arranged for us. We ate satisfying breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant and had Belikan at the bar. The staff was responsive to all of our requests.

Our group of eight stayed for one week and had no issues whatsoever with the quality of service provided by the owners. Every detail was handled in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. The response was immediate and clear for any request we presented. While staying there, another larger group checked in yet the staff adapted to both groups without impacting the high level of service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms functioned as expected. The view is simply amazing. This is our group's second visit and we look forward to many more to come.
