Stayed at Kokomo last week for 4 nights, I had so much fun. The place was imaculately clean, it had good beds, a fridge freezer to keep our Belikin's cold, a shower better than my one at home and the worlds pinkest bed room!!! Best of all the girls who ran it were brilliant and really made the trip! All in All Paradise!

We stayed there 5 nights and loved it. My family and I never wanted to leave. We loved it so much we ended up getting 2 rooms. The service was amazing.The Manager was at our service even after hours just to make our stay unforgettable. The price was affordable. The rooms were big and colorful. Hammocks are made available to guests.The beds were really comfortable with oodles of fluffy pillows. Both the rooms we stayed in were soundproof, had airconditioning, a soft leather futon in the living room the size of a double bed, a flat screen t.v with over 100 channels, a nice dining room table, a full size refridgerator, and hot and cold "rain shower" etc . There are steps that lead up to a varandah on the roof that gives you a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea including the Great Barrier Reef. The place is located between both water taxis, within close proximity of restaurants, bars, golf cart or bicycle rentals, etc. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed here for 3 nights in November.

The rooms are very nice and the king size beds are amazing. There is a small futon and a fridge as part of the items in the rooms.

We did have some gripes with the place:
1. We thought the price was in Belize and not USD - likely just a misunderstanding
2. The is nothing to heat your food with.
3. The only dishes are cups (like 20 of them). No plates, forks, spoons etc.
4. You are asked to sign the rules which state that no guests are allowed to visit. Most of the people in other rooms seemed to have people over all the time so it's probably not enforced.

The service was really good. When we questioned about a lack of dishes, the manager gave us some of her own to use for our stay.

I'm not sure if I'd come back here again unless there was some improvements made to the kitchen area. The current price just seems too high compared to the rest of the island when there is nothing in the kitchen.

I looked at all the accomodations on the island and picked kokomo because it looks fun, had good reviews and was in a good location on the water. I had a wicked time on caye caulker and kokomo was part of the reason! The rooms are awesome, the staff was really great and it was the perfect spot for walking everywhere! Really glad I picked this place!
