affordable, clean, great service, right on the beach - what more can you ask? i loved the ocean view and how we had an open kitchen so we can cook breakfast to save some money. the tv had all the channels like the states. only thing to complain about was that we asked for a wake up call and the telephone was in the living room and we couldn't hear it. the a/c worked in the whole suite which was really nice. i liked how they provided shampoo and shower gel as well. the food at the restaurant was alright - loved the daily drink specials though!

Clean suites, great town location, friendly staff, good drinks bar and good food. Stayed 2 weeks and would recommend the Sunbreeze. The pullout living room sofa bed was not comfortable due to a thin mattress and a steel bar but we made do.

My son, grandson and I enjoyed our stay at SunBreeze Suites. The hotel, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff provided exceptional service and were the friendliest on the island. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning was extremely efficient. Access to US news and sports TV programs was an unexpected treat. They provided convenient outdoor facilities to rinse our dive gear and the dive boats picked us up at the hotel dock. The room had great views of the pool, docks, patio, beach and ocean. They also provided transportation to and from the airport.

Located super close to the main bar and restaurant scene, this is important if you want to walk everywhere in the main part of San Pedro. This is the sister property to the Sunbreeze Hotel, but is much furthe up the beach to the north end of San Pedro. I actually prefer Sunbreeze Hotel, but the Suites are still great. If you are undecided on where to stay, Use your activity list as a guide. Many properties "north of the bridge" are nice but abit remote if you like interacting with locals and want to wander around town and want to dine out frequently. Of course you can always take a taxi or rent a golfcarts but you pay $10BZE every trip over the bridge to the north. . Sunbreeze is clean, convenient roomy and pleasant. There is a central courtyard and pool with a small bar/ restaurant called Mojitos that is great for acing a drink while waiting for your group. The rooms are efficient, nothing fancy, but large with good storage. Mattresses are hard (that is most places in Belize). There is a nice kitchen area with full sized fridge for all your leftovers from Elvi's Kitchen and Blue Water Grill (2 must eat at places). And microwave, coffee maker. Free wifi is nice too. A small balcony provides courtyard or ocean view. Rooms that are on the left side of hotel and away from the street are most quiet. During check in you are handed a stack of beach towels, tv remotes and keys. Do not lose any of these items or you will incur a $35 USD fee. I enjoy staying here because of the convenience. By the way, Cholo's golf cart rental, just downt the street to the left of the hotel, has the cheapest golf cart rentals in San Pedro. Please call Suites to confirm pick up from the airport. I don't think they have ever arrived for transport but a taxi is $7 BZE and waiting right at the air terminal. The water taxi arrives just up the beach behind Sunbreeze so is very convenient for excursions.
