Central location, secure, friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet relaxing pool area, and very clean and maintained. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday.

My wife and I recently were guests at the palms on vacation and thought the staff, quality of rooms were very impressive. The location is very nice with an amazing view of the Caribbean. Our room was immaculate and expansive. I cannot believe the staff was able to rake the sand paths throughout the day and evenings. It is a very quiet, peaceful hotel with a friendly, attentive staff. Melinda, Roberto and many others made it a very special trip for us. We'll certainly be returning.

The Palms is a very nice hotel in San Pedro far enough away from the noise of the main tourist area but very convenient. The 1 Bedroom unit was very clean and roomy and had it's own balcony and small private beach area for sunning. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I, along with two friends, recently spent several days in a large, 2 BR, 2-story, beachfront condo at The Palms. It was perfect. I ditto previous compliments about the room and amenities and also send a shout-out to a terrific staff. We arrived late but the night watchman was ready with our key and helped carry in our luggage. My friend slept late each morning and housekeeping was totally cooperative in quietly providing towels (thick and plentiful) and coffee without awakening her. The office had a good supply of movies to borrow and Internet service was good. The central location is unbeatable for those of us who want to walk the beach, check out different restaurants and dive shops, and obtain supplies in town. This was my second visit so I knew The Palms would meet the expectations of my party. I look forward to future visits. Thanks Ana et al.
